Constantin advises clients on IP strategy, complex intellectual property and technology transactions, and on data protection. Constantin regularly acts as IP counsel in merger and acquisition transactions.
Constantin started his career as an associate in the Paris offices of Skadden Arps. Later, he served several positions as inhouse counsel, including as M&A Manager for the Asia-Pacific Region at Gemplus (a.k.a. Gemalto), and as Legal Director for South Europe and EMEA distributors at Sybase.
Constantin holds an LL.B of English and French Law from King’s College London and a law degree from University of Paris 1 – Pantheon-Sorbonne.
Constantin also has a love for education and has been teaching IT law and running negotiation workshops at postgraduate level at HEAD (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Appliquées du Droit) for five years. In September 2018, he was appointed as the Coordinator of HEAD’s Digital Technology Law and Intellectual Property Program.
